PC Users: If your normal e-mail client doesn't launch when you click the e-mail link,
copy the e-mail address and use it in a new e-mail. 

Just right-click the e-mail link and choose:

• Copy Shortcut (Internet Explorer), or
• Copy e-mail address (Firefox or Chrome)

Then start your e-mail and paste the copied address into the TO: field of a new message.
(if necessary, remove "mail to:")
